Last updated · 4 November 2026

1. Who this policy covers

This policy covers this DYNAQE website and business inquiries made to DYNAQE. DYNAQE is the trade name of D DHRUV, a proprietorship registered in Odisha, India.

Registered office: Second Floor, Room No. 84, Ganjam Haat & Commercial Complex, Corporation Road, Berhampur, Ganjam, Odisha – 760001, India. The Melbourne office is a contact location only, not the registered office.

Separate written agreements may govern information handled during a trade or technology engagement. Third-party websites and services have their own privacy policies.

2. Information you provide

When you contact DYNAQE by email, telephone or other direct channels, you may provide your name, company, email address, telephone number, business requirements and correspondence. An engagement may also require commercial documents, billing details and business contact information.

The website inquiry form displays name, company, email, phone, inquiry category and message fields. Its current version does not transmit or store a submission with DYNAQE, even if a confirmation appears. For a business inquiry or privacy request, please email inspire@dynaqe.com directly.

Please share only information relevant to your inquiry. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or sensitive personal information through the website form.

3. How business information is used

Information provided through direct communications is used to respond to inquiries, assess business requirements, prepare proposals, coordinate agreed services, maintain engagement records and meet applicable legal or accounting obligations.

Processing should be limited to the relevant business purpose and the basis permitted by applicable law, including consent where required. A request for information does not by itself authorize unrelated promotional communications.

4. Website connections and technical information

Your browser makes requests to the website host and to external providers used on these pages. Such requests can expose technical information such as your IP address, browser details, request time and referring page. Hosting and service providers may process operational or security logs under their own practices.

  • Google Fonts supplies website fonts.
  • Unsplash supplies externally hosted images.
  • Google Maps provides the embedded office map on the Contact page.

No dedicated analytics or advertising tracker is configured in the current website source. Hosting services and external providers may have separate technical processing practices; this policy does not claim that no data or cookies are processed by those services.

See the Cookie Policy for browser controls and information about external services.

5. Sharing and international services

Business information may need to be shared with the buyer, supplier, professional adviser or service provider relevant to an agreed engagement, or with authorities where required by law. Confidential commercial information should be restricted to what is necessary for that purpose and handled under the applicable agreement.

Email, hosting and external website services may process information outside your country. Their locations, safeguards and retention practices depend on the provider. Contact DYNAQE before sending information subject to specific confidentiality, localization or transfer restrictions.

6. Retention and security

Business correspondence and engagement records should be retained only as needed for the relevant business purpose, applicable legal or tax requirements, or the establishment and resolution of claims. There is no single retention period for all categories of records; ask DYNAQE about records relating to your inquiry.

Access to personal and confidential business information should be limited to authorized people who need it for the relevant work. No website, email channel or transmission method can guarantee absolute security. Avoid sending sensitive information until an appropriate transfer method has been agreed.

7. Your privacy choices

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to information about you, correction, deletion, restriction of use or withdrawal of consent where processing relies on consent. You may also object to promotional communications. Legal record-keeping duties or other lawful grounds may limit what can be deleted.

Send your request to inspire@dynaqe.com with the subject “Privacy request” and enough information to identify the relevant correspondence. Do not include unnecessary sensitive documents. Identity or authority may need to be verified before records are disclosed or changed.

This website is intended for business users, not children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact DYNAQE to request review and removal where appropriate.

8. Contact and policy changes

For privacy questions, email inspire@dynaqe.com or write to D DHRUV, trading as DYNAQE, at the registered office above. Where applicable, you may also raise a concern with the relevant data-protection authority.

This policy may be revised when website services or information-handling practices change. The last-updated date identifies the version published on this page.
